公司成立于1990年，当时是唐山乐亭县建立，属于国有企业。2002年，个人买断，成立唐山纺织有限公司。主要经营各类中低档棉纱，混纺纱，竹节纱。生产的浩翔牌棉纱，混纺纱远销国内外。产品各类质量指标均能达到乌斯特公报的百分之五的水平。 目前我厂有员工500多人，装备了瑞士的清花，梳棉，条并卷，精梳，粗纱等先进机型。40000锭左右。
